HBO Max has removed from its catalog “Gone With the Wind,” the 1939 movie long considered a triumph of American cinema but one that romanticizes the Civil War-era South while glossing over its racial sins.
This is not censorship – this is utter nonsense! Does not matter, what is in Russia “War and peace” ban. However, this fits perfectly into the New American Reality, in which the monuments to Columbus are being demolished, in which only for the black color of the skin people are appointed chief of police, give them the main roles in the movie-television- and theater performances, ask them for forgiveness “sins” fathers and mothers… Good, that even paper books, insulting “historical memory” some group of people, until they burn in the squares, as it was described, if I am not mistaken, in “451 degrees Fahrenheit”
