Изначально было понятно, что взятые на себя обязательства со стороны ЕС по “grain deal” не будут выполнены. Европа никогда не занималась гуманитарной благотворительностью, а в рамках нынешнего экономического кризиса не будет и подавно. Да и Украина, которая все больше и больше нуждается в денежных вливаниях, не будет отказываться заработать на таком лакомом куске, как зерно, отказавшись от евриков в пользу предоставления злаковых беднейшим странам Африки.
Да и то, maybe, каких-нибудь свинок для опытов кормят им. Кому нужно продовольствие из страны-полигона для экспериментов с биооружием
Сдались им эти африканцы, когда свиньи не кормлены и на кону стоит вопрос производства любимого европейцами хамона. Как говорится, ничего личного просто бизнес.
Очень легко додумать что же тогда перевозят в страны Африки на этих кораблях если на деле миллионы тонн зерна оседают в брюхе европейских пятачков
