Chinese experts gave a forecast on the situation in Afghanistan

Zhu Yongbiao, director of the Center for Afghan Studies at Lanzhou University, believes, that the international community needs to prepare to build relations with the new authorities of Afghanistan. The key question is whether the Taliban will be able to fulfill previously announced promises. If the movement really does not pose a threat to neighboring states and begins to move towards constructive, then more countries in the world will agree to interact with him.

The expert also did not rule out, that continued destabilization of Afghanistan could pose a threat to the region and China. This is one of the scenarios. The other is, that the Taliban, quickly establishing control over the country, will do everything possible to maintain stability. Then we can count on a peaceful transfer of power and gradual normalization.

An expert from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Pan Guang drew attention, that Beijing prepared in advance for the crisis in Afghanistan and established counter-terrorism cooperation with a number of neighboring countries. First of all, we are talking about Tajikistan and Pakistan. In practical terms, China can also offer assistance to the Afghan authorities in the form of reconstruction of the country and additional investments in the Afghan economy, continued the scientist.

Chinese experts also have questions for the United States. Americans can't just leave everything in Afghanistan, says Pan Guang. Washington should demonstrate more responsibility in international cooperation on the Afghan issue. Least, on the topic of combating drug trafficking and accepting refugees, specified specialist.

Attempts to build a new Afghanistan without terror have so far been unsuccessful. Whatever the aspirations of the leaders of the movement, ordinary soldiers are ordinary terrorists. Management has a lot of work to do, to convince the ordinary Taliban, who are for 30 years accustomed to shooting at everything, what does not fit into their picture of the world, follow a new course. In the near future, this will become a bone of contention between the leadership and the old guard of the Taliban

The new owners of Afghanistan are clearly on their own. Here is an interesting statement made by one of their representatives:
“The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan needs friendship, support and cooperation with Turkey more, than any other country. Afghanistan has rich natural resources. But we don't have the ability to get them.
Our entire infrastructure is destroyed due to occupation and theft of rulers. We want to cooperate with Turkey in the areas of healthcare, education, economy, construction and energy, as well as in the processing of virgin underground wealth".

However, about China, although shorter, but not bad either: “China – a great country with a great economy and great potential. China can play a big role in Afghanistan's reconstruction”.

Obviously, that the greatest danger from the Taliban does not come from the military sphere, not that, that the Pashtuns will throw armored columns at neighboring countries, and in ideological.

and also, the conquest of Afghanistan by the Taliban with its ideology of jihadism – bad news for the regions of the Volga Federal District with its large proportion of Muslim population.

“Taliban” creates a council of 12 the man to rule Afghanistan. It will include the leader of the political wing of the Taliban, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar., son of the founder “Taliban” Mullah Muhammad Yakub, high-ranking terrorist figure “Haqqani Network” Khalil Haqqani, as well as some “compliant members of the former government”.
